better than average As someone who has purchased, or attempted to purchase used vehicles from dealerships several times during the past 20 years, I can say my experience As someone who has purchased, or attempted to purchase used vehicles from dealerships several times during the past 20 years, I can say my experience with Kings Dodge was better than average. There was one glitch in the process which was rectified in a way that was fair to both parties. I would just suggest to any prospective buyers at any dealerships to not assume the used car you are looking at was really given a thorough inspection before being offered for sale. This is not a criticism of Kings particularly. I am very pleased with my purchase from them. More

Happy 2017 RAM owner I enjoyed working w/ King's because I don't think at anytime they were dishonest w/ me. I had a truck in mind and a budget to maintain. If I couldn't have afforded the RAM, I would've waited. During negotiations (over the course of a couple of days since I was taking my time) we got close, but not quite enough for my comfort. The GM of the dealership personally reached out to me on the day of purchase and asked how things were going. From that exchange King's was able to fully understand where I stood and they subsequently were able to adjust their case and we made a deal both sides are happy with. My salesperson was an absolute A+. More

Showroom floor Jeep damaged Bought a showroom Jeep Compass damaged, front pillars popping loose, they replaced and left grease all on the parts. Back Lift hatched scratching pai Bought a showroom Jeep Compass damaged, front pillars popping loose, they replaced and left grease all on the parts. Back Lift hatched scratching paint, spoiler loose, rear doors out of alignment and taillight and right rear scratches all over. was told this is normal and refused to fix. A terrible squeak they have not yet resolved after spending 3 times in shop. they replaced the rear window that was rubbing into the door and left in a dirty mess. The Assistant manager said he would take care of it but seemed to disappear after waiting a week or so and no callback. Last time I brought my car back from service to get the squeak fixed I called to let them know it was still squeaking, They told me to call Chrysler and have them deal with it because they could do no more. The sales was great, but everything from there on in was shuffled around and dismissed, the repairs were below the standards from a dealer and told to fix it myself. I have document my experience and taken all pictures of my experience with this dealership. More

This was its first trip to a dealer for service since I've owned it. Crossfire's are notoriously more complicated to service so I was apprehensive about bringing it to the oil change line on a Saturday, but I was assured there was a tech working that was certified on Crossfire. On previous visits I asked what the dealer cost was for an oil change and was quoted about $205 which is not too far out of line from the $180 price I was given at other places. I was very pleased when the final cost came out to $145 (using a coupon). The work performed was done very well! More
