They all seem to have vacant eyes when females are by themselves as if we would not be able to purchase a vehicle without a man by our sides. Therefore I took the initiative to hunt down a salesman and told him I was interested in a certain van. I rate this dealership as Average only because my experience here is the same as anywhere else. So sad. Ron Choudhury in Finance was very professional and eager to help which was the plus in this experience. A phone call made to my salesperson asking if there was a spare key to the vehicle was very discouraging. He stated that there was no other and had no intention of looking or getting back with me. The feeling I felt after this call was the sale was done, the papers signed, and he no longer had to deal with me. More

It took 3 days to reapply the rust inhibitor and paint sealant on the less than half of the vehicle. I had to pay for the repair because no one was available at the insurance company to process the invoice. Greg was asked to fax invoice on Friday. I was informed via phone from Greg with Motorist insurance that he hadn't received a faced invoice copy. Greg with Mororist said if Greg with Kibgs had called on Friday am. He would have had a check printed and driven it down to Kings. I asked that my top be inspected due to possible structure issues. He did not try to take the top to inspect. He told me these tops have a "memory". I used mine had developed Alzheimer's because it isn't right. I tried to inspect myself in Easter. After the family fun if the day. I, could, not, get, my, top, down, The right side support member will not allow thusmetL bar to clear the roll at and speaker bar. I am taking this to another deLer next week for inspection I asked that the passengers door be inspected to make sure it is right. All this as a follow up to an accident if someone running in to my vehicle. The other dealer that was closer to me I believe caused these concerns of mine. Wheel repairs ... took a long time but good results When I went in I spoke with Angie. My first impression was that I was lucky to get an appointment. I think she said something like "I don't have anything anytime soon". It was a little abrupt and I felt like they really didn't want my business. I almost walked out. In the end, she was responsive and did provide some updates by phone on the status of the car, and I did get a good final result with the wheel repair vendor. It took almost a week, but I understand that the work had to go outside the dealer. When I picked up the car I had to search around the parking lot for it, and I was told it was in the back lot when actually it was in the front. A little more service oriented approach would have been nice as I just paid a premium to have the car fixed at the dealer. Angie eventually did warm up, but the first impression could have been better. More
