Good Experience Slight Cust Service Hiccup I had my car in for service - 6th time the window regulator had to be replaced. Because I believe faulty design is the root cause for all the failures I had my car in for service - 6th time the window regulator had to be replaced. Because I believe faulty design is the root cause for all the failures, I requested and signed for the used part to be returned to me. When I picked up my vehicle, I requested the old part and the service advisor couldn't locate it. Caitlin then proceeded to tell me the technician left at 4pm and she wasn't going to call him and interrupt his time with his family. I had no intention of asking her to call the tech and felt like she was getting defensive prematurely & for no reason. As I was leaving I ran into the Service Dept. Manager, Chris Randall, who graciously offered to look for the part and within 2 minutes he had retrieved it for me. In general, all the service advisors are extremely pleasant and friendly but this individual has some rough edges that could use some smoothing out. More

No paperwork but Job was Done! I had called the Service area to get my vehicle "shielded" and made the appointment two days later. At that time the paperwork had not yet been submi I had called the Service area to get my vehicle "shielded" and made the appointment two days later. When arriving at the appointment, the paperwork had still not been forwarded but the attendant stated he would get with finance department and find the work order. Oil Change I have been having oil changes done since I bought the car here. They do a good job, and there is no charge. They check the car over and sometimes make recommendations, but I do not feel it is inappropriate or high pressure. When I first got the van they had problems figuring out what the problem was with the cruise control but it was fixed after two visits. They have done recalls in a timely manner and I like the fact that they will change the oil whenever I bring it in, and do not require changing at at the recommended 6000 mile interval. I have had it changed in as few as 3000 miles and various other intervals. They are always courteous and prompt. More
