Lease trade in for new Town and Country I've been a Chrysler owner for 15 years. Looking for my 6th Town and Country. Sales knew in advance what I was looking for. I was in a time crunch. He wanted me to sign without taking my current lease. Wouldn't even look at it. I'm now driving a 2016 Honda. One year ago paid cash for a jeep compass. Within the next year I'll be looking for car for my 16 year old. Upsetting you didn't want me as a customer after I've been loyal for so many years. YOU dropped the ball on this one! More
Just an 'OK' dealership This is the only dealership I have ever taken my car to and I'm thinking about going somewhere else the next time my car needs serviced. About a year ago there was a recall out on my car. I called Kings Dodge and made an appointment to get the recall fixed and to get an oil change. After having my car for an entire day, they called me and said they did not have the part in stock to fix the recall... fast forward to present day, I took my car back in to get the recall fixed and another oil change. I dropped my car off on a Friday around 12:30 pm. A few hours later I get a call saying they found that my "heating lines" were leaking and it would cost $400 to get them fixed. After making an appointment for that we hung up and I waited and waited for them to call me back to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Never heard from them. Saturday afternoon I finally call them to ask about it, they said my car had been ready since the day before. A phone call would have been nice! Also, not a huge concern but it's super annoying that I have to find my own car when I go to pick it up. I literally have to take my keys, walk around the back of the dealership and click my lock button or panic button so I can hear and follow the sound to find my car. More

9 Month old Truck I purchased a 2015 Doge Big Horn, quad cab 5.7 Hemi engine. I couldn't be happier. Truck handles like new! Mediocre Visited for Oil change and screw in my tire. Service and payment staff not very friendly but they got the job done. Took 1hr 45mins. They busted the pressure sensor on the tire so they did have to replace that too. Girl that took my payment barely acknowledged I was standing there besides the fact that I was holding my credit card. Oh well. Nice not having to have an appt to come in! More
Overall good Took my Jeep in for it's first service (bought a used 2013 Wrangler). No one was particularly friendly when I walked in really. I had never been there so it kind of had that BMV feeling to me :) Anyway....I was not under the impression the service I was having done would take 2+ hours when I made the appt. on the phone but was told it would be upon my arrival. I had my 2 young kids with me so when I heard that I was not too happy (as I had planned to wait, but NOT for 2 hours) BUT...they offered me a loaner car in the meantime and even backed it in for me and explained the features before sending me on my way. This was an excellent touch. They took care of all the items on the list, recall, oil, tire rotation and some misc updates and called when done. Felt like it was fair pricing too for "the dealer". Could've maybe used a little more explanation on the updates done just to keep myself educated, but I didn't exactly ask either. Overall, good experience. More
Incompetent I had brought my truck to this service center in December for an oil leak. Was told that there was transmission oil in the cross member, but my trans I had brought my truck to this service center in December for an oil leak. Was told that there was transmission oil in the cross member, but my transmission was not leaking. Had to bring it back in March with a leaking transmission. They talked me into a transmission service, which took all day because the service tech forgot to change the filters after he had replaced the pan and filled it with fluid. They should have caught this leak in December, but did not. I complained to the assistant service manager who refused to take any more money off of the service since he had given me a rental car so that I could make it to my doctor appointment.(which I was about to miss because their tech was so incompetent. I sent an email to the dealer general manager, but have not heard back as of yet. It sucks when dealers do not stand behind their work. More
