not a good feeling about the answers i get Over the years i have become highly suspicious of your service department. A couple times people have not been exactly polite to me (one was a total j Over the years i have become highly suspicious of your service department. A couple times people have not been exactly polite to me (one was a total jerk)... other times i have gotten answers that make me feel like you are trying to fleece me or up-sell me on things i don't need. some time ago my heater stopped working - one of your service people told me it would be $600 to replace the blower, resistor, and other parts.....when i questioned him why - he replied "that's what the computer says" and "we use genuine mopar parts" (i told him those were the same mopar parts that have caused me to spend $6,000 over the time I've owned the car. I spent $45 at the auto parts store and fixed the heater myself...all it needed was a new wiring pigtail... i could have understood $100 from you or maybe $150...but $600??? red flag yesterday i had my jeep in for 2 recalls.....your people told me i needed to spend $2,000 on other things.....red flag it was a 90,000 mile service...but 2-3 major items your people tried to sell me were not even listed in the manual for 90,000......they said they were "dealer recommend" (red flag) i think i'll get a second opinion. More
