Not customer friendly and expensive to repair my van I was ignored at the service desk when I entered the room. After getting my van "checked in", I went to the waiting room where there was no coffee o I was ignored at the service desk when I entered the room. After getting my van "checked in", I went to the waiting room where there was no coffee offered (or available?) and the TV monitor was on, but no functioning correctly. Sound from it would be obnoxiously loud one minute and then so quiet the next that it couldn't be heard. Employee from the dealership came by and asked about it, said he would try to find out who controlled it, but he never returned. I went home after learning my van would not be fixed until later in the day. When I returned, I paid the bill and the cashier told me to go to the side of the building where I would find my van. I walked all over the parking lots on the side of the building, but didn't find my van. I returned to see the cashier again and she said "try the front of the building, they sometimes park them there" - which is where I found it - after wasting a lot of time walking around trying to find it. The cashier was not friendly to me that I couldn't find my van. One repair made to my van was to replace the ignition key cylinder in the steering wheel housing. This is the 3rd time I've had to have this done on two or three of the Dodge Grand Caravan's I've owned. More

remote start issues Brought the Jeep in for issues with the remote start, but really I was impressed with Craig's Customer service. On top of being very courteous he went out of his way to located my extended warranty in my car for me (not an easy task, in my glove box) so I didn't have to make and extra trip in. The service department also finished my car earlier than expected which was great! More

That it took me 6 full trips to the county office to finally get my plates really shouldn't have been required. So we showed up at the service Fast Lane hoping it would go well. It sort of did, as they managed to change my oil. I should have been proactive and insisted on synthetic, but just assumed that was what they'd use since everyone else does. So the guy (a service assistant?) tells me they inflated my tires to the proper level. Cool, except the TPMS light was on. And I have no idea how he figured out what the proper air pressure was since the tires aren't stock. So I asked him what the set point on the tires was in the computer. He didn't know. He told me to look on the door jam. Not a good answer for aftermarket larger tires. I'm guessing its up about 36# or so, and the inflation he thought was good was 34# front. Nothing gave me any confidence except they changed the oil. More

This time there was a new coffee maker close to the waiting area, employee showed me how to make a cup of coffee, sorry, can't give this coffee maker a positive review. However, when it came down to run numbers and pull credit i had told two associates where i wanted my loan through and they went ahead and ran it through 4 other banks in addition to where i kew i was approved. I never asked them to do this nor did they ask if they could. This has made me very upset, yet they dont really care about the customer. I would not want anyone else to go through this terrible experience. Beware of who is taking advantage of you. Plus they said my credit wouldnt be affected much ro at all, they are wrong. Since they did this my credit has gone down 20 points all because of their error and not listening to their customer. More

There were some minor problems getting our paperwork together so we could pay, but apart from that, everything was OK. What really has us scratching our heads was our St. Louis Cardinals magnet on the back of the vehicle was "missing". I only noticed it after we had the vehicle home. Not accusing anyone of anything wrong, but it was on the car when we left the vehicle for service. This is the sort of thing that really annoys a person! More
