Alignment issue One tire was determined the root cause of our issue. No low cost options were provided. Only option was buying 4 tires because the person indicated One tire was determined the root cause of our issue. No low cost options were provided. Only option was buying 4 tires because the person indicated it would provide damage to our 4 wheel drive casing. I believe the person should of recommended buying two tires for the front of the car. Angie did a much better job explaining options and even made us aware of a tire sale in the fall. The urgency of full replacement was not even recommended. More

After having a hard time locating the dealership, we are glad we located it. The vehicle we were interested on the INTERNET was want we came to see and get. HEATHER JAMIESON (name not below) but first rate and was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us in a sell of a vehicle that we did not want or could not afford. The sales manager, Jeff Bevis, was nice and did not hassle us to take the warranty that we did not want. And even when we found some issues after taking it off the lot there was no hassle or difficulty in getting it reconciled. Brandon Cohen, took care of us The vehicle was fixed by did not get their names but great, and detailed again by the detailing manager (sorry did not get his name) but very friendly, by in time it took us to eat lunch.
