Relieved My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that there had to be leaking from somewhere hence the puddle of radiator fluid under my car. I decided to take it to Kings Dodge and they were able to find where it was leaking from. They explained the issue and fixed it pretty quick. I am so thankful that they took the time to figure it out and I no longer have to keep filling the radiator fluid!!!! More

I left messages several times with no call backs. I had to be persistent to get assistance setup, to review again, which is not something I feel should be necessary if I’m a valued customer. The assigned tech direct cell phone number was useless. There is no procedure for coverage when the tech has a day off. Here is where I feel the management needs to visit this model. I feel this does not work well for the customer. Normally, you only get one chance to win a customer. how it has gone so far is not promising for a long term relationship. More
