Chanel and Rich have done wonders to help us customize our Wrangler for off roading and have gone above and beyond in the process. They are always very helpful, kind and quick to respond. Above and beyond I recently went to Kings Auto Mall to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee that i had seen on line. I received an email from an online sales person to ask for a manager there and he put me with Sherry Tarter. As it turned out this couldn't have been a better experience in my opinion as Sherry was so people friendly and made my wife and i feel as if we had known her for years. She went thru all of our questions and answered everything no problem and totally made our day more enjoyable than we could ever imagine. We purchased the Grand Cherokee and Sherry stayed well past closing to help set up a few things on the Jeep and she was so genuine and i can never thank her enough for our making us feel special. 1/4/18 Very poor customer service. The experience started out fairly normal with no issues. When I decided on a vehicle with them thats when things went down hill. The vehicle that I wa The experience started out fairly normal with no issues. When I decided on a vehicle with them thats when things went down hill. The vehicle that I was purchasing was a 2014 Traverse. - Vehicle didn't have floor mats. I requested the price be dropped so I could buy floor mats. This came with an eye roll and "I will ask the manager" in a very annoyed voice. - Filled out credit app night before to expedite process to only fill it out again and have our credit ran again at dealership. Causing us to have to take our kid to school late. - Door seal was torn half way off. Was then ripped completely off and salesmen said that it was fixed and he didn't see anything wrong with it when it was completely missing. He said I think you will find it "unneeded and only for appearance". - Paint mark on top of drivers side tail light. He said he tried to get it off himself with solvent but wouldn't come off. He said I think it will come off if "you" tried scraping it with something. - Put fuel in the car when we completed an overnight test drive. Salesmen voiced he would reimburse us for the fuel the next day. He didn't reimburse us he only filled it up the rest of the way when it was already on half. Every car I have purchased comes with a full tank of fuel. -Only had one set of keys. I voiced I wanted two sets of keys. He came back and said that the manager said he would have a key cut but no FOB. I said whats the reason for that. He said with an attitude because thats what the manager said. I voiced I would not buy the car without 2nd FOB and he said "I'll talk to the manager again", in a very annoyed tone. I will have to bring the car back in to have the key and the door seal repaired. I definitely won't be doing business at this dealership again. It seemed as though there wasn't a happy customer in it. More

Relieved My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that there had to be leaking from somewhere hence the puddle of radiator fluid under my car. I decided to take it to Kings Dodge and they were able to find where it was leaking from. They explained the issue and fixed it pretty quick. I am so thankful that they took the time to figure it out and I no longer have to keep filling the radiator fluid!!!! More
