Misleading car post and uncaring used car manager Went to look at a 2015 mercedes e350 on the lot. King’s Dogde’s post shows no accidents. I drove 40 miles to come and check it out. Car had obvious front passenger impact and someone had spray painted the damaged area with black spray paint (it’s was a steel gray car). This is on a $22k car and a large dealer, not some small flip dealer. There was also a check engine light on. My salesman, doing the right thing, got the used car manager involved. I just want to see if they would repair it and Let me know what the codes were (maybe it was a minor easy repair). Manager greets me and starts off the conversation with the fact that he personally owns 2 AMG mercedes and is a big mercedes guy. He also stated that he personally drove this car for a week. I mentioned the accident and he states that they go off of Carfax, ok.... but you didn’t notice the damage after a week of driving it or mention it in the post? He states that they go over it mechanically though, so I ask why there is a check engine light on? He brushes that aside and then goes into a long talk about its used and used cars will have blemishes. It’s not a blemish, it’s large impact damage on an expensive used sedan! At no point did he apologize for my drive or the misleading information, nor did he care. All I wanted was to see if it was something they were willing to fix and to know what the engine code was. He was not interested in my business. A dealer of this magnitude should strive for excellent customer service, the used car manager severely lacked that. I will not be back to any King’s Dealer. More

This jeep loses 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles, I have shown proof that I have a oil r Purchased a brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee with 12 miles on it. This jeep loses 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles, I have shown proof that I have a oil residue in my coolant. We have this jeep with a warranty and a extended warranty and as stated by their service department as long as it keeps passing their 16 point inspection that they are not going to do anything about it. So basically their not going to do nothing until something major happens when in fact they could have prevented the problem to begin with. We bought a brand new vehicle so we don't have to deal with these issues. What a disappointment. I will never be back to purchase or have service done to this location. More
