Car Smelled like rotten eggs inside when I picked it up I took my car in for, 1. The air conditioner does not correctly cool the interior. The AC blows cold air however he cabin stays "sticky" and warm abou I took my car in for, 1. The air conditioner does not correctly cool the interior. The AC blows cold air however he cabin stays "sticky" and warm about head height in the cabin area. Nothing was done to address this issue. 2. The car shuts off almost instantly when you stop at a light, in traffic, or even at a stop sign. Was told that nothing can be done about this issue, and nothing was done. 3. I had a OEM trailer hitch installed when I purchased the car and the bezel is loose. The dealership did install the clips that were missing from the original install. The last car that I owned always came back from servicing cleaned and swept out. Not with this car, When I got into my car at the Dealership lot to take it home I had to open the windows and step outside of the car because the interior smelled like rotten eggs or as if someone had passed gas inside the car. It's been over 20 years since I bought a new vehicle, and Rob Haas at Kings CJD made this worth while. He was patient, and not pushy, unlike another dealership salesman (at Wyler) was when I was checking others out. I was in need of a new truck, and I 've always had good with Dodge, having had and currently own a Caravan and a 98 Ram 1500 that is still going strong. That truck is being passed to my son. Great product.... terrible delivery Bought a new jeep. Awesome SUV. But the oil change wasn't done before I got the car, the detailing was done poorly. Also didn't get my second key. Had Bought a new jeep. Awesome SUV. But the oil change wasn't done before I got the car, the detailing was done poorly. Also didn't get my second key. Had to come back for oil change and key. Found out salesman didn't make an appointment and they didn't have a key or an opening to do the new key sync and oil change. Complete waste of a paying customers time. Had to come back a third time to get the second key and the oil change. But I guess selling a clean car is not or should not be expected as I had to detail the car myself cause they didn't do it. Again great SUV and all but terrible customer service. More
Rude people should never work in customer service, if you hate your job then quit. don't come to work and be miserable just to get a paycheck. But its funny that management was told about these people that acted this way. They act like you're coming to do them a favor instead of being welcoming. They're still there and they did not even change their attitude. I can go closer to home and get treated badly. That was my third and last time I will go there. More
