I have been looking for a 2 door soft top, manual transmission. She met Andrie Scott who showed her exactly what I had been looking for, and then she called me. We went over later that day and worked with Andrie to purchase our new Jeep Wrangler. Andrie was great to work with. It was late and everyone was very nice about me causing them to stay. I was really mad about that and feel that answer was totally unacceptable!!! Poor experience Went for pricing on Dodge Durango. I did find a car I liked and was straight forward in what numbers I needed to purchase. I was also straight forward in that I was not purchasing until the weekend but was still asked to stick around for finance to run the numbers to see if it was doable. I was kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes with pressure to close or put money down that evening to see if they could meet the price I wanted I finally got fed up and just asked for my keys and left and told them to email me the quote which was 3,000 off the mark. I just don't understand the point of keeping me waiting with my children if your sales people knew they weren't even close on the numbers. I won't be back. Seems pretty underhanded. And just so you know, it wasn't close to being the best quote I have received on a Durango thus far. It wasn't any better than internet quotes I've received so I really feel like I wasted my time driving 40 minutes to your facility. I won't be back. More
