Excellent oil change service !!!! I have lifetime (one owner ) oil changes , every 6,000 miles, and the service dept. has been very professional and courteous in honoring this service. Received call jeep was finished, went to pick up still broke I live 30 minutes from kings dodge. I received a call my jeep was finished. I drove out to get my jeep during rush hour (which took an hour). I turne I live 30 minutes from kings dodge. I received a call my jeep was finished. I drove out to get my jeep during rush hour (which took an hour). I turned in the rental and received my keys for my jeep. I got into my jeep and the problem was not fixed. I had to leave my jeep to be fixed since they did not fix it the first time. Not happy since it was still rush hour and it took me an hour to get home. More
