Salesman- yes finance- no I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited from Mike Nolan. Mike was such a great salesman who was willing to listen to our wants/needs and produce the per I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited from Mike Nolan. Mike was such a great salesman who was willing to listen to our wants/needs and produce the perfect car! Aneese was the finance manager who completed all of our documentation. Aside from being pushy with warranty plans, Aneese was degrading, rude, and condescending throughout the entire time. Not only was the night that we bought the car horrible with Aneese, he called me 5 days later to inform me that he had me sign the wrong warranty paperwork and demanded that I return to the dealership "because it shouldn't be too difficult to make it." Aneese didn't offer to meet me or even bother asking if I could make it, he just assumed that I could. Aneese had us sign a certified pre owned vehicle warranty rather than a new car warranty. Aneese didn't even apologize for his mistake. Overall, Kings was super easy to work with but I would not recommend Aneese as your finance manager. More
Wasted time Showed up 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for a recall repair. The repair said 2 hours maybe a little more. No problem. But when almost 5 hours past of me waiting in the waiting room, xxx? I went to check on it. The only advisor that was there wasn't there when I got there. HE was nice and polite. No other service advisors or service manager could be found. The gentleman helped me locate my Jeep. Come to find out, it was finished hours ago, again, xxx? NO ONE came to let me know it was finished. I wasted 2 1/2 hours that I can't get back, I even missed a doctors appointment because NONE of your people ever cared enough to let me know mine was finished. This was the second time I wasn't notified when my Jeep was finished. First time was for my first free oil change. I had to go ask after 2 hours of waiting. I will never return to there for any service. I will not recommend anyone else to go there for service. The service department severely lacks in customer service. As for the ratings, the 5 stars that I left blank are due to the fact that I felt like rating wasn't high enough to be a poor. I had to give you a poor on the overall rating against my better judgment. The rating was less than poor. More

All went well, although there was initially a discrepancy between the value of my trade in they gave me through the website (actually KBB that you access through their website) and the value they offered me at the dealership upon the closing of the deal. All sorted and the deal went through. They were very helpful post-sale as well with explanations and even coming by the house to pick up the spare top for the Jeep I traded in. All told, a far superior experience to the last time I bought a Jeep at another dealership, and left satisfied. FYI I had been using their service department for my old Jeep and had been very satisfied which lead me there when I was thinking of a replacement. More
