They showed me the Internet Price, I made then a e-price they accepted which was lower than the quoted price. I saved more than $3000 cheaper than any other Jeep dealers in the Tri State. From my salesman Rich Zielke to the Finance guys Anees Nammari and Jeff Bevis, I was treated like family first then as the purchaser. What a great experience. Thanks Kinks Jeep, I'll be back. I was there for an oil change and saw a ram 1500 that i loved. my mom contacted Leonard and he set up a time for us to come over and set aside the key so the truck would be there the next day when we got there. My parents have bought cars off him before and always has a great experience. A normal day at a dealership with my mom can become heated, normally resulting in her getting mad and wanting to leave. Every time we deal with leonard it never is like that. He gives you a great deal and helps you every step of the way! I hope to have my truck for many many years but when time comes to look at another trade in i hope that i will be able to return to Leonard again. More
Extremely disappointed Takes sometimes 2 to 3 weeks to get in for a service appointment. Strike one. Took the Jeep in because the undercarriage was creaking. Turned out to Takes sometimes 2 to 3 weeks to get in for a service appointment. Strike one. Took the Jeep in because the undercarriage was creaking. Turned out to have a bad strut. That was replaced and under warranty. Picked the car up and discovered that when driving the car on the highway, the steering wheel was bouncing in my hands. Sure wasn't doing that before I took it in for the bad strut. Strike two. Wait two weeks for another appointment to address the steering wheel bounce issue and the Service department tells us that we have dry rotted tires and that's why the car was "shimmying". Strike three. Under 40,000 miles on the car and it's driven every day. Definitely not dry rotted tires. Cupping evident on the tires and I've been told by a car expert that the cupping occurs due to bad struts. Really? This should have been discovered when we brought it in the first time and I feel that it should have been under warranty as the tires deteriorated due to the strut issue. Why wasn't the condition of the tires noted on the first visit and why was the car perfectly driveable before the strut was replaced??? Instead, they want to charge over $900 for new tires, etc. My husband met with the service manager who knocked off approx $300 because of the above issues. Still got us for over $500 in tires. We will not be back for service at this dealership except for the free oil changes. They have blown any trust or respect we may have had before these issues. Dealerships get a bad rep for just these types of things. Will I recommend? Nope. More

My wife and I are happy with the Vehicle which was a Journey 2017 Black. You need more people like Rich who listen to your needs and make it happen. He is a great asset to your team. More

We had issues and they took care of it We bought a 2006 Chrysler Van and it had tire issues and then the engine light came on. After getting no help from the guy we bought it from I contacted the service department. Called once and he said he would call me back in a few minutes but never did so I called them back two hours later. Don't know who I talked to at that time. But after that the next two guys got the ball a rollin. A man named Chris (I think) and then a man named Greg helped up. They had my wife bring the van in and gave her a new car to drive until they got it fixed. One day to fix. I was rather surprised they never argued about the issues they just fixed it. I thought for sure I would have to pay some out of pocket. All work was done and at no cost to us. My son had bought a car there several months ago and they did him good as well. I WOULD recommend there service department to anyone. As far as the salesman goes I am not impressed. My wife and I would like to thank the ones that helped up you were a blessing. The Finance guy was very informed about there service plans. Very nice fellow. Next time im looking for a used or maby a new car im coming here first. More
