Nice experience buying a used truck. Went to Kings Dodge on Saturday to look for a used truck. Salesman gave me keys for lengthy test drive. Smooth process, and happy with price. Took some haggling to get to the right price, but I like knowing a dealer will work with me. Can't stand dealers who claim "no haggle price". This just means we will not deal with the customer and will take nothing less than the sticker price. Kings Dodge treated me right. Quick but far from thorough Kings did a great job of getting my oil changed within a hour and getting me out the door quickly. I was upset however with the inspection of my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership so my oil changes are free. As part of that oil change they inspect major aspects of the vehicle. The reviews are rated green, yellow and red. My vehicle was rated green for my windshield wipers, which should have been replaced months ago. My tires were also rated in good condition when they need replaced within the next few months. I mentioned the tires to the rep and he remeasured and confirmed that it was not recorded correctly. I was satisfied but I feel that kings jeep missed an opportunity. I would have purchased new tires and windshield wipers that day if they would have confirmed what I already knew. More
