replace broken latch on center console I dealt with Mark Dresselhaus big mistake! I waited 2 hours for the technician to remove a latch. Mark then told me they had to order a new latch but I dealt with Mark Dresselhaus big mistake! I waited 2 hours for the technician to remove a latch. Mark then told me they had to order a new latch but they would remove the console lid and install the latch when it came in so i wouldn't have to wait, I thought great idea.The part came in on Friday, after several calls and not receiving any return calls I contacted Mark the following Thursday. He told me to come in the next morning and the lid would be ready. The next morning Mark was off and the latch had not been touched nor had the technician had any idea about it. I waited another hour and a half before the job was completed. More

Service Department If all you need is an oil change, then I would recommend them. But if you need something serious, like the issue I have with the "Death Wobble" which If all you need is an oil change, then I would recommend them. But if you need something serious, like the issue I have with the "Death Wobble" which they will not acknowledge. Even though this malfunction issue with Jeep has been on national news and numerous complaints filed. The service department seems clueless to the issue and tells me they can't fix the problem. I think the consumer should be aware of this deadly malfunction, and that there has not been a recall regarding this. I guess they are waiting on more people to die from it. More
