Front brakes Took my car in for front brakes - caliper sticking and grinding. They replaced pads and rotors. Less than a week later caliper was sticking again. Took it back and they replaced part of the caliper, rotor and pad. Picked it up and drove to an appointment - maybe 30 miles - and it was sticking again. Took it right back and they had to replace brake line. They did provide me with a loaner vehicle for all 3 times which was helpful since this is my only car. It is now fixed right. Was a little irritating to have to return twice but everyone was very helpful and nice. More

April 2017 We were there a very long time and no progress was being made, we were in the dark for a while and the salesman wouldn't explain anything to us. Nice when you buy, not always so nice after We had to bring in our vehicle a second time for the same repair. I was very concerned since it wasn't fixed correctly the first time, that we may co We had to bring in our vehicle a second time for the same repair. I was very concerned since it wasn't fixed correctly the first time, that we may continue to have problems after our warranty expires. I wanted to make sure if the problem continues we will not have problems with future repairs. I said as much when I was called back to authorize the repair, but wasn't given any assurance. We picked up the vehicle after 6:00 pm, so I'm sure many of the service folks had gone home, but I expressed my concern to the cashier. I knew she may not be able to answer my question, but I thought she would take care of me as a customer. When I expressed my concerns she just shrugged her shoulders and pursed her lips. Then, as an afterthought, said I could contact the service manager tomorrow. Why wouldn't she (or the person I spoke to for authorization) take my information and concerns to the service manager themselves and have the service manager call me? If it were my customer, I would hold the burden of ensuring someone reaches out to the customer - not just shrug my shoulders and be dismissive. More

Superb Experts and Excellent Customer Service I appreciate the help that Jeff gave me over the phone when I was stranded with my Jeep that would not start. When I called again the next day with th I appreciate the help that Jeff gave me over the phone when I was stranded with my Jeep that would not start. When I called again the next day with the same problem, Jeff said to bring it in. He shared how much the diagnostic test would cost. When I arrived both Caitlyn and Jeff greeted me and checked my Jeep in quickly. I left my Jeep and got a ride with my husband. By the time I arrived home, Caitlyn called with the results of the diagnostic test and how much it would cost to repair my Jeep. Later that day, I picked up my Jeep and the bill was exactly the same as the quote Caitlyn gave me earlier. I appreciate the respect they both gave me each time. They both certainly are experts in their field and I will definitely use this Jeep service department in the future!! More
