Fast, courteous, and hassle free We recently purchased a 2016 Grand Caravan and noticed once we got home one of the sliding doors was "grinding" when opened. We were leaving for vacat We recently purchased a 2016 Grand Caravan and noticed once we got home one of the sliding doors was "grinding" when opened. We were leaving for vacation later on the week, so we needed the issue resolved quickly. Unlike other dealers, I was able to get an appointment the next day, early in the morning. Upon showing up, I was provided a loaner (the van was still under warranty) and was on my way within a half an hour or less. Within 2 hours I received a call from Chanel that the van was ready! They checked the wiring and chains and it turned out to be a need for lubrication of the bearings. I asked if they could go ahead and lube the other for as well, and they did ... no arguments, no fussing. There were no nasty surprises when I went to get the van and I was on my way again in under 30 minutes. It was very refreshing to have such a positive experience! More
