Oil change and tire rotation Showed up around noon with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Ram 1500. Got checked in and asked how long it would take. I looked at my watch and sat down. One hour and two minutes later my truck was done, and only cost $26 because they had sent me a coupon in the mail. Very happy. Will go back again. More

No detailing I called to get an oil change, tires rotated, detailing service. This dealership is where I bought my car but not the closest to my home. I chose to drive 40 minutes because of the detail service. When I get there, I was informed that detailing is not available. I specifically made the appointment for the detail service because my local dealer does not offer it. I could have stayed in my hometown, I did not need to drive 40 minutes to get the same service I could get in my local Chrysler dealer. I won't be back. Annoying and certainly a waste of my money! I have no idea who I dealt with in Service. Mike was my salesman when I purchased my vehicle. He was excellent! More

While I'm very sorry that I held you all up past closing, not at any single point did you make me feel non-welcome, and continue to crush numbers to help me hit my budget numbers. If there is one thing I really dislike from other dealers is that when a car might be slightly out of reach, they will are very quick to try to talk down to something "comparable." Cars are a big thing in our lives and no one likes having to make payments on a "comparable" car after they have invested so much time into the process. Plus, the feeling of belittling sucks. You, and the team, didn't do that, and I can't explain how much I appreciate that. I believe Michael stated something about high volume award for the dealership, and I really hope your team gets that award for this year as well. While my car may be one unit sale out of many you do, I believe you treat all your other customers with similar levels of respect. You will receive positive recommendations from me to my circle of friends and family (while being obnoxiously proud showing off the new Cherokee!!).
