If there is one thing I really dislike from other dealers is that when a car might be slightly out of reach, they will are very quick to try to talk down to something "comparable." Cars are a big thing in our lives and no one likes having to make payments on a "comparable" car after they have invested so much time into the process. Plus, the feeling of belittling sucks. You, and the team, didn't do that, and I can't explain how much I appreciate that. I believe Michael stated something about high volume award for the dealership, and I really hope your team gets that award for this year as well. While my car may be one unit sale out of many you do, I believe you treat all your other customers with similar levels of respect.
