Tire Replacement and Oil Change Great experience in getting the tires replaced on my Dodge Grand Caravan. Oil change and tire rotation Showed up around noon with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Ram 1500. Got checked in and asked how long it would take. Showed up around noon with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Ram 1500. Got checked in and asked how long it would take. The service guy said around an hour. I looked at my watch and sat down. One hour and two minutes later my truck was done, and only cost $26 because they had sent me a coupon in the mail. Very happy. Will go back again. More

No detailing I called to get an oil change, tires rotated, detailing service. This dealership is where I bought my car but not the closest to my home. I chose to I called to get an oil change, tires rotated, detailing service. This dealership is where I bought my car but not the closest to my home. I chose to drive 40 minutes because of the detail service. When I get there, I was informed that detailing is not available. I specifically made the appointment for the detail service because my local dealer does not offer it. I could have stayed in my hometown, I did not need to drive 40 minutes to get the same service I could get in my local Chrysler dealer. I won't be back. Annoying and certainly a waste of my money! I have no idea who I dealt with in Service. Mike was my salesman when I purchased my vehicle. He was excellent! More
