Typically great service but worth asking a few questions My 200 was in for service on the air conditioning system. The system was found to be the result of a condenser leaking and in need of replacement. For My 200 was in for service on the air conditioning system. The system was found to be the result of a condenser leaking and in need of replacement. Fortunately, this was a covered item under service contract. However, I was presented with the option of getting the scheduled transmission service perform a bit ahead of schedule. Being diligent about these things I agreed to the extra service. Sometime during the process a transmission fluid cooling line was found to be defective and in need of replacement which I also agreed to replace. When I later got home and researched the condenser that was replaced I also discovered that same unit also acts as the transmission cooler. It all seems very convenient after the fact to offer a transmission service when the transmission fluid cooling line was going to need to be removed to replace the condenser anyway. This also makes the broken cooling line slightly suspect as well. Regardless, it all got gone right and the AC works perfectly and the transmission is shifting better as well. Just make sure to ask the right questions! More
They didn't fix probelm I was inconvenienced to drop wrangler off and pick up and the problem wasn't fixed when I picked it up. Been dealing with this for months. A joke. Disappointed I brought my Jeep in two times for the same issue. The second time took 3 days to complete the repair, and I was charged for two separate attempts to I brought my Jeep in two times for the same issue. We had a pleasant experience buying our car The Manager, John Gholz, and the Salesman, Calvin Veasley, were fantastic. They gave us a good price on our trad-in. We feel like we got a fair price for the new car also. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Calvin explained everything about the options on the car. He even programmed my phone into the car for me. When my husband took the car title of our trade-in back to the dealership, Calvin even programmed my husbands phone into his Ram truck for him. Then he had them wash his truck inside and out. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. We are going to be taking both of our vehicles into them for service. More

Service from Caityn and Scott Fabulous Caitlyn met me at my car door, helped me with my walker and held the door. I knew ahead of time that I had a 2-hr. wait while Scott tackled my AC. 1 a Caitlyn met me at my car door, helped me with my walker and held the door. I knew ahead of time that I had a 2-hr. wait while Scott tackled my AC. 1 and 3/4 hours later Scott was finished. I expected a $1200+ bill. I used a coupon and the bill came in under $1000. I cannot tell you how much more pleasant my drive home was with the AC working. Caitlyn pulled my car around to save me steps. Thanks Caitlyn and Scott for your excellent service. More
