We knew the service department closed in 5 minutes, but really needed to get the car in to make sure the lights in our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee were functioning properly. Service Advisor Scott Maddy was nothing short of amazing. He was very welcoming - 5 minutes from closing. He was working with several other clients, and juggled them and us gracefully to make us feel valued. It's a great skill to multi-task as he did, and still do a great job with all of the clients. Scott stayed until 30 minutes after closing to help us. He did it with a smile on his face. He was 1) thorough, 2) polite, and 3) incredibly knowledgeable. I have owned Mercedes, Lexus's, BMW's, Infiniti's, as well as Jeeps and Fords). I'm not sure I have ever received better service than Scott gave us today -- which is why I am writing a review at 5:45pm on a Saturday night! Thanks Scott!!! More

Great van buying experience! My wife and I had been eyeballing the Chrysler Pacifica for several months. When the A/C went out on her old Town and Country, it just wasn't sensible My wife and I had been eyeballing the Chrysler Pacifica for several months. When the A/C went out on her old Town and Country, it just wasn't sensible to spend $1800 for the repair. So that sent us past the "looking" stage to the serious buyer stage. We shopped around the usual ways, test driving and searching the internet for hours upon hours, getting an idea of equipment and cost. A problem with so many dealers is lack of selection. We undoubtedly would have dealt with our hometown dealer, but with 7 or 8 Pacificas in stock, selection was poor, at best. On top of that, unless you want white, silver, or black(which we didn't), selection is even worse. Enter Kings DCJ. Almost 80 Pacificas in stock, including the Limited in Jazz Blue, which we purchased. This takes us to our dealings with our salesman, which is often a trying, disconcerting, uncomfortable experience. Not so with Mr. Leonard Harris. What a great guy to work with. He immediately made us feel comfortable, and quickly made friends with our new puppy, Wally. Kings DCJ is very pet friendly, which isn't always the case with businesses. Mr. Harris spent several hours with us. and every minute was with us totally at ease. Highly recommend this dealer, and especially Mr. Harris. More
