We had to return to the dealership (45 minutes away) and was told a new part would have to be ordered and it would take 3-5 days. 3 weeks later WE followed-up and was told the part had been delivered, but no one from the dealership called us. So, we drove another 45 minutes to the dealership for installation, waited 1.5 hours, and then were told the replacement part was defective as well. 3 weeks waiting and 3 hours wasted driving to and from dealership, 1.5 hours wasted sitting at the dealership and the headlight on my BRAND NEW Pacifica still isn't fixed. Kaitlyn has been good to work with, but the whole experience has made me regret my decision to purchase a Chrysler. More

I love my car car but the lying, manipulation and unprofessionalism at this specific service shop is completely unacceptable. I took my car in this time due to the car not starting....after having $1200 worth of work done just 6 weeks prior...they changed out the battery cables, as they had apparently been "tampered with". I was told the car was finished and made arrangements to pick it up and plans for that evening and 2 hours later told it wasn't finished and it was an electrical issue that they were unsure of and had no idea of cost or how long the car would be unavailable. After two separate conversations about a loaner I was given two separate prices...funny? I refused to pay when apparently there was no set price apparently with so many questions in the air....the loaner could potentially cost $300????? When given the loaner, it had expired tags! A car dealership offering out cars with expired tags?!?!? Third time to the shop in 4 days! I ended up picking up another loaner to find out no one was working on my car and wouldn't until Monday. WhIle picking up that loaner, service professional, Craig Ditmer, said just get her a car and get her out of here. I received a call Monday afternoon that my car was ready and there would be the initial cost charged...no explanation . When reviewing the papaerwork there was nothing stated about the issue??? The service person managing my account wasn't available to chat when I picked up my car...shocker!!!! I hope I never have to step foot in that place again! Hoping to trade in for a Ford or Chevy to stop the madness...to think I trust these people with my car that I transport my family in!!!! More

I was told before my visit the car had 7,000 miles but upon arrival found out it was over 10,000 miles so better updates could be used. Their selection of cars was amazing and each person had great experience in their field. Have already recommended to friends looking for cars. Hope to come back again when looking for another! Caitlyn, Chanel & your cashier who worked unti 8:00 PM When I called at 5:59 P Chanel got a loaner ready for me and coordinated with the cashier so when I got there at 8:00 PM all was ready. The cashier, I am sorry I do not know her name. I arrived around 7:55 PM. All the papers were ready. She helped me (I have Parkinson's) to move my gear not heavy just a lot. She stayed with until everything was ready for me to leave probably 8:20 PM. Neat lady. Caitlyn Called me the next day, as I was up 50 miles west of Toledo. I reviewed what I had experienced and she reviewed it with your mechanic. He found I needed a new starter. Great work. Caitlyn called told me what was needed and coordinated getting it repaired. When I came in Caitlyn had everything ready and helped me move everything back into my Town & Country. Caitlyn you always do a Great job - Thank you!!!! Caitlyn & Chanel are TOPS. Your cashier is very good. Caitlyn's name is not on the list to pick from so I had write this long winded piece to ensure everyone got an At A Girl. Caitlyn you did another Great Job.
