Excellent customer service I recently purchased a car from Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Paul was my sales person and he was professional and courteous. He called me to update me I recently purchased a car from Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Paul was my sales person and he was professional and courteous. He called me to update me after our initial meeting to find a car for me. I did not feel pressured or like the dealership was playing a game with me. I also worked with Don Richards to order leather seat covers for my car. He was patient and courteous even when I had to bring my two small kids with me on one occasion to meet with him. He went out of his way to help me order the covers to match my car. Chanel helped check my car in and out during the service process and she was always nice and greeted me the minute I walked in the door. More

Michael was professional and courteous. I had gone to another Jeep dealership in the local area and was jerked around for 4 days in regards to a monthly payment I could afford. I got there to sign the papers and the Jeep I wanted wasn't on the lot...it was a completely different Jeep. I left there with my down payment in my purse and stopped at Kings Auto Mall spoke with Michael Hartman told him exactly what I liked and how much I had down and much to my surprise I left there with my new Jeep Wrangler. Michael was kind and professional. I didn't feel jerked around at all in fact it was an overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
