Bad Experience I brought my new 2015 Jeep in for service for it's first oil change to Kings which is where I purchased it. I was not told that I could have a loner c I brought my new 2015 Jeep in for service for it's first oil change to Kings which is where I purchased it. I was not told that I could have a loner car so I had someone drive me from my office in Fairfield to drop it off. I was also having a squeaky back seat fixed. When I picked it up my bill had a 74.00 dollar charge for the seat. When I disagreed will the charge I was told it was an error. Good thing I saw that! The next day a friend was checking my oil reading on the screen and told me the oil reading had not been reset. When I called service it turned out they forgot to write up the oil change and it had not been DONE!!! What an inconvenience! More

I worked with Sherry Tarter at Kings Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and she cooked me up a deal that could not have been made better. I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Sport, and for over $10,000 off of the sticker price. Over all, it was a great experience. She was very kind and made us feel welcome and like people, rather than a potential profit. I'd recommend Kings (and Sherry) to absolutely anyone. More

Purchasing out Jeep Wrangler Doug Pelfrey was nothing but helpful without being pushy. My husband was not at all happy with the customer service at every other dealer he visited. didnt fix my two problems! I brought my jeep in for two iiss Didn't fix either of the two problems I brought it in for. I checked both before I left and neither worked. I will pay my mechanic to fix both. I own a Chevy Tahoe and the experience at Columbia is completely different. You set an appointment and they know exactly what you are there for. I did that with Kings and it was like no one knew who I was and had to put all the info in again. I was given a loaner car that was filthy and smelled horible and tennis shoes left in the back! More
