This is why I keep coming back! I brought my car in this week because the engine light was on. After waiting about an hour my service rep Angie came to me and stated that there would I brought my car in this week because the engine light was on. She told me they also gave me a new gas tank cap! This is why I keep coming back! They are honest and value me as a customer and are very friendly too! Word of Mouth Can be Good or Bad I went to my bank to make a deposit. Tellers asked if I had a big day planned. "No, but I may look at new cars." At the same time they both said go see Leonard at Kings Auto Mall. They stated that both had bought a car from him and thought he was really good. So I went to Kings Dodge to see Leonard. I had had no intention of buying that day, no intention of buying anything that was pushed on me, no intention of talking to a "fast-talker." Leonard was none of the above and in about an hour and a half I owned a new Jeep. Painless experience and nothing like what one stereotypes the new car buying experience to be. It was clean, neat, and every person I met, Leisa, the young lady who processed my credit card, and the young man who was moving cars on the floor, (I talked to him because I see that as a high stress job, think about moving expensive cars on a tiny showroom floor without hitting another one) and all were great. Workers attitudes tell you a great deal of what it is like to work there. So when the "word of mouth" is good from trusted people move, if the "word of mouth" is less than good, stay away.
