Oil change and replacement of my water pump. Everything was going ok until I was told I had a leaking water pump. The service women showed me a piece of paper with the price of the job which I thought was the total price. After the job was done I was given a bill that was much higher. She explained that the original price did not include labor only the rice of the pump. On the good side I was happy with the work and time it took to complete both jobs. More

Service work dealership was completely unreasonable. Suv had a defect (brand new). Took suv to be worked on Saturday morning the weekend before Christmas. Rep was dealership was completely unreasonable. Suv had a defect (brand new). Took suv to be worked on Saturday morning the weekend before Christmas. Rep was unable to give us a definite time for pickup so they gave us a loaner. They fixed the car the same day which we were grateful for but expected us to drive back across town same day to drop loaner off or we would be charged. ( my mistake that the car this dealership sold me had a defect, why should client be inconvenienced?) I called Chrysler and they said that it was ridiculous as well but wanted me to fill out paperwork for refund. Didn't feel like having to complete paperwork the weekend before Christmas with parties and family obligations. I offered to bring loaner back Monday morning before dealership opened. Clients should never be inconvenienced especially when the dealership is at fault. Will never buy from this dealership again or refer future clients. Was also potentially looking at another suv for myself. More

Awesome Maintenance Service Angie Vencill is the best. I don't think I've ever had a better maintenance experience at a dealer, ever. I own a 2010 Town and Country that I bought Angie Vencill is the best. I don't think I've ever had a better maintenance experience at a dealer, ever. I own a 2010 Town and Country that I bought in Pa. The transmission started making a funny noise, sounded like the planetary gear, $3,000 fix. The car was out of it's 60month/100,000 mile warranty, it only had 51,000 miles, but it was 66 months. I called Chrysler customer service, not a good experience. They said take it to a dealer, pay for diagnostic, and they would talk to the dealer to see if they would help me with the repair bill. But not likely since past 60 months. What kind of transmission only lasts 51,000 miles? So I called Kings, got Angie. She said bring it right in, and thought I might get some relief on the bill. They fixed it, replaced parts for free, and I only paid $250.00 for labor. Drives like new. I didn't buy there and never had it serviced there. But they did the right thing. I will be back. More
