This was my very first vehicle I bought from a dealership and I had no idea what I was in for or understanding of the whole process. Since, I have bought some sort of preferred customer maintenance thing for $400 and something I make appointments for oil changes that I get free. Seven of them to be exact as well as other discounts on other things. I have to wait two hours every time I make an appointment. The last time, the service people didn't get the message from the secretary that I made an appointment. I still had to wait two hours. This last time they told me there was going to be a problem with my differential and was trying to make me feel bad that I bought a Dodge from them rather than an expensive Honda. They said that it was going to cost close to $500 to fix it and require many hours. I asked if Dodge had done a recall on it since my vehicle only had 62,000 miles on it. He said no. I said well I must have something like an extended service contract in my contract that covers this, don't you have that information since I bought the vehicle here. They just looked at me like no. I said, well I will have to look at my paperwork before I do anything. I did, and they sold me this AllState insurance when I bought the car. I called AllState and they said, yes, it would be covered but that Dodge would do it free since it is less than 100,000 miles but, if they didn't I could do a claim. Now, you know this is something these mechanics know since they work in a dealership but, failed to pass the information on to me. I am going to Dodge from now on and I will not deal with Honda ever again. My internet price was 17,000 something and I am owing 19,000 something after $5,000 down. Kingman Honda also owns the Chevrolet dealership. FYI I also saw that lady saleslady trying to talk a lady into trading her vehicle in for a newer vehicle. The lady said, I am 84 years old and do not need any new payments. :) I learned a hard lesson. Be aware. More

Great Experience Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town. More

Useley the dealership pays tax, title, license. I got charged it all and a documentation fee of 499.00. license 400.92,tax 897.12. I argued the price but Spencer did not care. We were tired and stressed. Every thing from my car was loaded to the new one. I had children with me that were extremley tired. I just wanted to say no and get my old car back. I still do. To make it worse, when we got home there was no blue tooth or dvd system. It was on the sticker. I made a copy of the sticker and dropped it off the next morning. No call no nothing. They do not care!!! I feel ripped off. More
