I visted most of the dealerships in Phoenix and found them to be all about profit and customer service was secondary. I had a very positive experience at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. I purchased a new 20 them to be all about profit and customer service was secondary. I had a very positive experience at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. I purchased a new 2013 CRV the price was much better than any of the Phoenix dealers. I gave Arrowhead Honda the opprotunity to match the deal the best they could do was $4,000.00 more than I paid. The entire purchasing process was fast, professional and painless. I highly recommend that prior to purchasing a vehicle in Phoenix that you give Findlay an opprotunity to earn your business. More

Received a flyer in the mail..trade in minimum $3500 regardless of condtion or milage of car. Went in on a Monday, committed to buying a car. Told them exactly what I was able to afford and they assure regardless of condtion or milage of car. Went in on a Monday, committed to buying a car. Told them exactly what I was able to afford and they assured me that the numbers would be there. After a week of stalling, by them, on Friday, still no numbers. Saturday finally got the numbers and it was about $200 more then we ever talked about. Talked to Ryan and explained to him the ad and what we talked about he said "let me see what I can do". Another guy came to us and said "this is what you are approved and I am no going to argue with you". I have never been so humiliated and treated so rudely in all my life. As an office manager myself these people need to get some customer service skills. Oh, and the word is out....no wonder one of the salesman said they haven't sold anything this week. More
Go here ONLY if you like being piranha food! Or a small rabbit being torn by ravenous wolves. My gas gauge decided to die in my low mileage car (62K) just as I passed their dealership. Coasted in to get ou rabbit being torn by ravenous wolves. My gas gauge decided to die in my low mileage car (62K) just as I passed their dealership. Coasted in to get out of traffic. Immediately Bobby said I had a blown head gasket. He's no mechanic!!! Told me to park in handicapped space. Immediately another guy started yelling at me he would TOW my car! I yelled back I was TOLD to park there. LOTS of yelling. Two or three others on their curb yelling at me too. A real ZOO. Went DOWNHILL FROM THERE. For about FOUR HOURS I was yelled at, told they were "doing me a favor" to get me "into" something new. My car was disabled and I got NO HELP. Not even any human COURTESY! Treated me TERRIBLY, taunting me, berating me. I REFUSED and told them NO, NO, NO, NO to buying a new car. They kept at me, relentlessly. As soon as I got a word in edgewise to say NO again, they would take another breath and go on IMMEDIATELY. Relentless! Unceasing! To wear me down. They had supposed "mechanics" look at my car, poke around, and I was afraid they would CAUSE more problems. I was afraid to leave my car to get other help. Afraid they would really wreck it! They could remove distributor cap, disconnect wires, anything! But I didn't have my phone numbers to call for help. Stranded! And being attacked! They told me TWO DIFFERENT PRICES for "checking" what was wrong. First, $48, then during yelling, $100. WHICH??? LYING is what it was. How in the world could I rely on ANYTHING these bozos said? At one point, said they would arrange a "loaner" for a couple hours. Tried to force my SSN out of me! Another TEN MINUTE ARGUMENT. NO, NO, NO! You get that on a "need to know" basis. They had NO need to know! I know their scam: they would run my "credit" without my permission! Also have access to TOO MUCH INFORMATION! SSN floating around their office? For WHAT???? I'm NOT BUYING, so why? ID theft? They are so desperate for business they could do ANYTHING, so who's going to trust them??? Can I run a police report on every one in that dealership? BEFORE they have access to MY information??? All the yelling, the heat, and berating, the fear of what had happened to my car, the inability to reach my brother or any outside help away from these goons made me so distraught I could not think clearly. Told them I would NEVER make a decision under such circumstances, and that made them even MORE nasty. Supposedly "helping" me. They "double teamed" me and "triple teamed" me. Imagine having two or three MEN yelling at once at a senior citizen WOMAN. Oh, my mistake. They are NOT men! They have no basic instincts that normal men have, of being protective of or helpful to a woman. Finally I stormed out to walk home. By myself. In the noon heat. To get phone numbers. They screamed after me. I would NOT turn around. They caught up with me in the Home Depot parking lot, drove me home, then back to my car at dealership. Still verbally pressuring all the way. Called from home: My brother and a church member who quickly came to my rescue. Church member brought his mechanic. In less than 5 min he found I was OUT OF GAS!!! He went to station, brought some back. Car started like a charm. Gauge had said I still had some gas, and I was on the way to the gas station when all this started. All that xxxx I went through! For such a simple problem. Those alleged "mechanics" could have found the problem. Instead, "Bobby" said it was a head gasket, needs new engine, $3,000+, so might as well get a new car. Yes, my car is older, but it's got only 62K on it! I know the car, it runs fine, and I am NOT in the market for a new car at this particular moment. When I am ready, I will NOT EVER GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP. Plus I will tell everyone I know (and I know many) to not go there unless they like being treated like xxxx and being scammed. They are SCAMMERS!!! Which is the worst? Politicians, lawyers, or car salesmen? THESE car salesmen! Bottom feeders. Pit of xxxx. That was my experience. More
Called dealership and talked to Bobby about new car purchase. I gave him the numbers I can afford and told him I did not want to drive an hour for nothing. He told me he could make the numbers work, bu purchase. I gave him the numbers I can afford and told him I did not want to drive an hour for nothing. He told me he could make the numbers work, but if a deal is not made he will give me a $25 gas card. With that I said I would make the drive. Got to the dealer and was immediatley asked to fill out a credit application. I denied that and told them I need to see numbers first. Took the car for a test drive. Great car! Went into the dealership to talk numbers. Bobby asked what payment I could afford and I told him. Then he asked me to sign a paper saying if he got that payment that I would commit to buy. I told him I am not signing anything until I see actual numbers. He then left and his "manager" Mark came in. He asked why we would not sign the paper and I tld him I have not even seen a price on the vehicle yet. He left and got some numbers together. They were WAY off and I told him so. He told me that was the best he could do. I said sorry and asked for my gas card. He told the original salesman Bobby to get my gas card. Bobby told me that we were being "difficult" and he was not going to give me a gas card. I said to him that I told him what I was looking for before I drove up and I was being honest. He said that there still was no gift card. What a joke! At least have an ounce of integrity and honor your saide of the deal. Needless to say, I got home and made a deal with another dealership. More
