Sandra has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! She was irate because my husband and I wouldn't let her bamboozle us 15,000 dollars over sticker price on a new car.. Instead of calmly telling us sorry we cant work out a deal let us know if we can be of any help in the future She yelled at us in the service centre and got out of control and made a huge seen. We have never been so mortified in our lives!! To bad the service manager is her son, If he was wise he would send her to the back to maybe change the oil on cars and not be allowed to deal with the public! We actually feel sad for her she obviously has major issues! More
We have a 2012 CRV that the battery runs down so fast two different times we were stuck with a car that wouldn't start. They checked everything then took care of the problem by replacing the battery. Always great service. When you schedule an appointment your service is completed when they say it will be done. Never fell pressured. They do a complete inspection and let you know what they think needs t your service is completed when they say it will be done. Never fell pressured. I bought my first Pilot from Theo. I loved the vehicle and Theo was fantastic to work with. When I was ready to trade my Pilot in, there was no question that I was going to do business with Findlay-Nolte and Theo was fantastic to work with. When I was ready to trade my Pilot in, there was no question that I was going to do business with Findlay-Nolte Honda. Every time I had the Pilot in for service work, I had an extraordinary experience with the service team. In addition to that, Theo would always recognize me and come say hi. He never asked when I was going to buy another car from him - he just came to say hi and make sure everyone was taking good care of me. I bought the first Pilot from Theo, but Theo, Dave and Frank sold me the second one. The service department was a major part of my decision to buy another Honda. Those guys are absolutely incredible. And I'm not that easy to make happy! More

i live in Las Vegas, NV and after making the deal thru a friend of mine with the Kingman Honda dealership everything went according to plan. Cody Quinn was the consultant who delivered my new car to my doo friend of mine with the Kingman Honda dealership everything went according to plan. Cody Quinn was the consultant who delivered my new car to my doorstep and i couldn't have been more satisfied. When he arrived he was very personable and took the time to explain all the paperwork details, he never appeared to be in a hurry. After going over and explaining the paperwork with my husband and I we went to look at the car:) He showed me everything and programmed everything on my phone with my car that he was able to. He was very easy to deal with and extremely patient, we spent 2.5 hours in my car going over everything he could think of. He made sure we had his business card and pointed out his cell #, he told me to call him with any questions no matter how small and he would take the time to help me. I have called him twice and each time we spoke he was more helpful then the last time. i was very impressed with Cody Quinn and felt comftrable asking him for any additional information. These Service guys are unlike any other Dealer Service folks I have encountered. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. I have never felt like I'm being fleeced or getting repairs that i do n folks I have encountered. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. Appointment was on time, start to finish. Service writer was courteous. Waiting room was well stocked and comfortable. All employees I had contact with were friendly.
