Hooooorrible service!! Got into an argument with the service guy because he told me it’s my fault for losing key. Kept going back and fourth about how it’s my fault when I told him I can’t get the car t service guy because he told me it’s my fault for losing key. Kept going back and fourth about how it’s my fault when I told him I can’t get the car towed to get programmed cause it’s stuck in a high rise garage. His response: you gotta find a way to get it over here. I called the next dealership and he recommended a mobile locksmith. I wonder why bob couldn’t just say that too. He was extremely incompetent and didn’t know his own job. Told me a replacement key needed to be programmed due to a transponder in the key, BUT HE DIDN’T EVEH GOOGLE THE VIN TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS TRUE. More
Be Vigilant while buying car from Kingdom Chevy. They listed a car with one price and negotiate another price and while signing the document you will see additional price as well. To my surprise they gav listed a car with one price and negotiate another price and while signing the document you will see additional price as well. To my surprise they gave me ONE KEY instead of TWO keys. I bought a used car on 12/19/2020 and they mentioned that they don't have another key and won't reduce the price or provide an another key(cost 320$) as well while signing the document. Am very much disappointed with their service and attitude of the people there. They didn't provide a referral amount as well to my friend who referred me this. More

The salesman was very knowlegable about cars, even though I couldn't buy a car, he still took time to help me. I was upset because I was told that I was prequalified over the phone, but he explained that thi I couldn't buy a car, he still took time to help me. Alberto is the worst manger he is selling bad cars with problems on them and christopher is a bad salesman he rushed me out of there told me the truck had no previous fixes and then did nothing to help me resolve my problem. long story short i have a $$30k truck with a blown engine and this dealer will not do anything! i have made all types of complaints already!
