Laura (from the Internet Sale Department) assisted me in scheduling a test drive for a specific vehicle at 4pm. Purchased my vehicle and they lost the keys! Came from Kentucky and spent 9 hours there/6 of those after my key was lost. BRIAN (general manager) only accommodated me with a gas card, and offered hotel stay until Monday, but I didn't need that, I wanted my keys! David owned up to losing the key, but I believe one of the other salesmen (Nos) stole it because his client was upset that my vehicle was already purchased, he wanted the sale, and hoping that I would just ask for another vehicle. David paid $450 to a locksmith to make a key. As a corporation, they should've paid to have a locksmith make me 2 keys if NOTHING ELSE! One salesman (Nos) laughed stating wow y'all are still here?! That's so unprofessional, rude, and unethical! It's not a laughing matter at all! I was inconvenienced with not being able to attend sentimental events that I planned on attending while in Chicago! Other employees pretended to look for the key, but it was NEVER found! After having the key made, making it back to my sisters home for the evening, waking up the next day, packing up my car to return home, the KEY didn't work and I was INCONVENIENCED AGAIN!!!! Contacted David so he could call the locksmith to come repair my key, and the locksmith states that he has 2 other clients to take care of and won't be able to come until after 7pm! On top of everything, The General Manager (Brian) NEVER approached me or my wife to apologize for such inconvenience, offered NOTHING (with an exception of a $50 gas card) which you would think should ALREADY be full with gas anyway since it's been purchased, and left the dealership for the evening not caring about how I would make it home, if a key was being made, just NOTHING!!!!! SO UNACCEPTABLE!! David (the salesman who sold me the vehicle) gave away 3 other sales, stayed until there was a key made out of his pocket $450 and family's mouth, was the ONLY one so helpful and kind to us!!!! As I'm writing this review at 7:37pm on 7/24/2022, the locksmith still hasn't arrived nor RESPONDED to my call or text, in order to repair the key that he was paid to make! The only thing that works is the locks! This is such a NIGHTMARE and so UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CONTACTING GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION DIRECTLY AS THIS DEALERSHIP AND EMPLOYERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Thank God that I wasn't stuck on the highway or somewhere else dangerous with having this UNRESOLVED ISSUES that I'm having NOW!!!! UPDATE! Called the police department and filed a report against the locksmith and company. Spoke with and recorded the manager of the locksmith company stating that David Lloyd asked for a refund of $450 which means her locksmith can’t come and repair the key! Spoke back with David and recorded him as well stating that he did ask for a refund knowingly but yet didn’t have the decency to inform us of this and allowed us to believe and be deceived that the locksmith technician would be out to repair the key and was very non-chalant about it! With this being said, he too is very unprofessional, uncaring, unconcerned, rude, and deceitful alon with the rest of the dealership! This has been one of the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I’ve had in my LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
