The main reasons I come to King Windward is because of Jessica and Chris in service. Jessica has gotten to know me on a level that she knows what I want or am looking for and what's in my means. I bought Jessica and Chris in service. Jessica has gotten to know me on a level that she knows what I want or am looking for and what's in my means. I bought 2 vehicles from her. She is easy to work with and is able to answer my questions. Even if she doesn't know the answer or it's after the fact, she'll find the answer. I discovered the tires had lock nuts. She was able to get back to me 3 possible answers within a couple of hours, even though I told her there was no rush as I just bought the car and the tires are good. Customer service is excellent!! And not just from Jessoca, but the entire staff, from the moment I walk through the doors, people know my name. And I feel embarassed because I can't remember theirs. Front desk is awesome! And Chris in the service department. He is another reason I keep coming back to King Windward. That guy knows his stuff all everything Nissan, is helpful, professional, friendly.
