Terrible Customer Service/Communication I emailed over 10 dealers in the DC and Baltimore area to get a price quote on a 2017 Jetta. All dealers had very similar, if not the same car in sto I emailed over 10 dealers in the DC and Baltimore area to get a price quote on a 2017 Jetta. All dealers had very similar, if not the same car in stock. King VW was the only dealer that would not give me a quote via email. They would not answer my simple questions or give me anything other than the e-price listed on the website that included all rebates and incentives, although they would not tell me which ones they actually were using. Michael Bout was unresponsive to my questions, so I went to the sales manger Diako Akhundzadeh, who gave me a vague quote which looked too good to be true. Three follow up emails to him to confirm the quote went unanswered. Finally as a last resort I emailed every salesperson in the shop with an appeal to confirm a price for the car. Only Kambiz Khadempour responded, but again no quote. Every other dealer I contacted worked with me and gave me a firm out-the-door price for the Jetta, but King only wants you to come in to the dealership. They may be fine if you go in to work with them in person, but forget trying to make any kind of internet sales deal. Final result: horrible on-line experience, vague grammarless email responses and an evident disregard for their customers. More

The car buying experience here was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Nora Sokhon. Not only was he extremely genuine, and a gentleman, but also a true professional. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman I have encountered at other dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. Nora found a way to make the deal work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for more.
