The first oil change went smoothly, but during the second, we were informed that the service could only be performed every 10,000 miles or six months. Before even reaching 10,000 miles, the oil pressure light came on, requiring an oil top-up. Clearly, the package is worthless if the car cannot make it to 10,000 miles without needing more oil. After the third oil change, the car's EPC light turned on. A mechanic friend discovered that oil was leaking everywhere and the dipstick showed no oil. King Volkswagen's service department offered no assistance. Beware of their pushy salespeople and incompetent service department. More
