Fantastic buying experience at King Kia! Highly recommend! I've bought and leased a lot of vehicles over the years, and the process has often been very frustrating, to say the least. However, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience of leasing a new 2016 Kia Optima SXL at King Kia. I found the car/package I was looking for online and contacted the dealership. I did extensive research online concerning pricing, and incentives available to me. I was contacted by Daniel Rouff, and we pre-negotiated the price of the car over the phone. He even made me aware that the lease cash incentive for Optima SXL model was $800 greater than I thought. The dealership could have easily pocketed the difference, but putting this information forward really impressed me. I could really see that they are not just trying to sell the car but make lifetime customers out of their clients. After a test drive, I came in the next day with my trade. We negotiated a bit more on the value of the trade and additional accessories I wanted and made the deal. The whole process took less than 2 hours including trade negotiation, paperwork and even the tour of the service facility. There were no financing/leasing shenanigans that you often encounter at dealerships, where they give you a better price on the car but then up-charge you on financing, or lease rates, or skimp on available rebates. Chuck, in financing, was straight forward with everything as well, explained all the available service plans without the hard sell. I was out the door truly pleased with the whole experience. Daniel followed up the next day to ask about the car and to alert me that he has my EZPass transmitter that I forgot in the old car. He also followed up a week later to see how everything was. All I can say is that I was impressed. King Kia and Volkswagen will definitely be on top of my list when the time comes for a new car. Lastly, I'd like to add that it's a pleasure to deal with sales people like Daniel and Chuck who treat their customers like adults. I had a lot of experience with both corporate and consumer sales, and even did a year of professional sales training seminars myself. The key word is listen to your clients, which, especially car sales, people often fail to do, and try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. I really commend Daniel for being a great salesman, in the good sense of the word, and wish him much success. I'll be back in 3 years when my lease is up and will continue to come in the meantime for service. More

Our salesman, Daniel, kept in touch, was very honest and responsive to questions before we came into buy (but not pushy) and he provided great service and good follow-up after the purchase. Everything he committed to doing by email, he did. They all worked together to make sure we weren't sitting around the dealership for hours (which has been our experience) -- the car prepping and paperwork was done for us (off of our time clock) and everything was ready the next day when we picked up the car. Finance was smooth and informative and not too pushy with the add on packages. Would definitely consider King Kia for another vehicle in the future. More

At that time Daniel on the sales team, was extremely helpful, patient and always attentive to my needs. While the dealer has changed what they sell and the location has seen a recent face-lift, ( which looks great by the way) the staff has made my car buying experience very smooth. I would recommend anyone looking for a Kia or VW to check them first. It's been 15 years since I made my first purchase, but I'm certain I'll be shopping with Daniel and King for another 15. More

Believe me, I had a lot of questions about deciding to buy a car and to buy a Kia Soul. Daniel answered all my questions in language that I understood. He was attentive, professional and patience. Since I've bought the care, he's even followed up with me several times to see how I like the car and whether I have questions. I bought a Kia Soul and I bought it from King Kia because of Daniel and because I believe that the quality of a car dealership is reflected by its employees. I also want to add that I chose to use Kia financing after working with Tim Nguyen. I had my own financing but in the end the financing through Kia was better suited for me. King Kia has done well in selecting these two people as employees. More

Oil change and 40 point check Went into this dealer this morning for oil change, tire rotation and 40 point check. After about 2 hrs the service men came up to me and told oil change was done but during checkup the mechanic found the linceplate light and both break light were not working and to repair it would cost a additional $ 150. I told the service men that I found that strange as I always check those things and that I was sure they working as I brought in the car. So after I paid I went to get some light bulbs. Coming home and unscrewing the light fixture I discover the light bulbs were taking out and after putting them back everything was working. So I call up the dealer and ask why. He answer the mechanic didn't do that. So I told him either you lying or the mechanic never check proper More
