Worst New Car Experience EVER!!! This was the most miserable experience with a new car and it's still going on!!! Their detail crew is the worst I've seen in my 56 years of existence. This was the most miserable experience with a new car and it's still going on!!! Their detail crew is the worst I've seen in my 56 years of existence. They delivered the car to us with dirt and grease marks on center console. The glue lines were still on the roof from plastic wrap they use to cover cars when they transport them to the dealership. We have been in several times to get these glue marks off and they are still there, but now there are clearly places where the finish is marred from them using a wet sanding method on the car. They said repainting may be what they need to do in the end. Everyone knows that repainting a car is noting but problems and a new car shouldn't need repainting. There service department is the pits. Avoid buying a new car from them if you can. Buyer beware!!! There's more issues, but I don't have the patience to go into all details. More

We were shopping for a new Kia Sorento and visited numerous Kia dealerships. I can honestly say this was by far the very best Kia dealership around and we visited many; including Winchester, Hagerstown, Frederick, Rockville, and Dulles. We came in contact with a lot of people at these various places. Daniel Rouff at King Kia was by far the very best salesman we talked with. Nobody was more honest, friendly, courteous, understanding, and helpful than he was. These words are not often associated with car salesman, but I can definitely say those words when it comes to King Kia and Daniel Rouff. Not only him, but the sales manager and Tim Nguyen the finance person were all top notch. Has to be the best car buying experience we have ever had. Excellent dealer and top notch personnel. Thank you King Kia and Daniel Rouff! 5 stars for sure and will definitely be back and would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Happy purchasing, but service is overpriced and low quality I was a big fan of the purchase experience at King Kia, but I just picked up my vehicle from my first service experience and I was really disappointed I was a big fan of the purchase experience at King Kia, but I just picked up my vehicle from my first service experience and I was really disappointed. Before you take your Kia to King for service, do yourself a favor and shop around. My issues: 1. Their prices for service are REALLY high. I had an oil change, tire rotation, cabin and engine air filter and a multi point inspection and my bill was nearly $300. I also have a Lexus, and an identical service for it at Lexus of Rockville is actually slightly cheaper, which shocked me. You expect surprisingly high prices to service a car like a Lexus, and the dealership gets you a movie theatre, hot snacks and drinks, luxury atmosphere, a complimentary Lexus loaner. The experience at Kia is what you find in any other mainstream car dealership, Ford, Toyota, etc...which is fine...but I would expect their prices to mirror what those brands charge, not what luxury brands charge when they don't deliver any of those amenities. This service shouldn't have been any more expensive than $160-170. 2. The quality of the service was quite poor, made worse by the fact that I paid a huge premium for it. Everyone was very friendly, renovated dealership is nice. But, the reason I came in was to have a grinding brake issue checked in addition to the regular service. Nobody ever called me to give me an update on what was going on like I was promised. I called several times 5-6 hours after I dropped it off and finally got someone who helped me. He called me back and let me know they could find nothing wrong with the brakes...clearly they never drove the car, at least not over 40 MPH. I was told I'd get a call when it was ready for pickup, I recieved no call. Finally I called and was told yes it was done, and I had to hurry over to get it during rush hour before they closed at 6:30. So now I'm stuck driving the van for Thanksgiving on rough brakes until I can get back and take it to somewhere who will put forth a little more effort. Perhaps the whole experience wouldn't have been so disappointing had the pricing been in line with my expectations. Like I said, I was really happy with the purchase process but the overpriced low quality service will cause me to take both my sales and service business elsewhere. More
Fantastic Purchase Experience with Daniel Rouff at King Kia I bought a new Kia working with Daniel Rouff and it was such a pleasant experience. I had shopped at another dealer but never felt comfortable with t I bought a new Kia working with Daniel Rouff and it was such a pleasant experience. I had shopped at another dealer but never felt comfortable with the folks I met with there. Daniel was straight forward in all our conversations. He was able to discuss price with me on the phone, unlike other dealers which always wanted me to come in to the dealership. When my wife and I went in to pick up the car and sign the paper work everything was in order and ready to go so we didn't spend much time on that part. He did spend about an hour or more going through all the operations and features of the car. He then suggested we come back in a week or two so that he could answer any questions that might come up after we had driven the car for awhile. But everyone else at the dealer was friendly too. Its family owned and I met two young gentlemen there on that Tuesday night that were either son's or grandsons of the owners. . I would highly recommend Daniel and the King Kia dealership if you are in the market for a new car. More
