my saleman was the only good thing. i was told one thing and they did something diffrent. they get you in the door with all the good talk then change on you. i didnt like the fact that the manger threw the and they did something diffrent. they get you in the door with all the good talk then change on you. i didnt like the fact that the manger threw the sales guy under the bus. then i was told i would get all weather mats in my deal just for them to change up after the papers were signed.the i pick up my car and it was dirty inside and out. then i was told there detail guy went home at 3. but i was there all day we even went to eat for 2hours and come back. then there was a mark on the car and i was told it would fixed. ok we are going on 2 weeks now and nothing. poor dealership. but whats really sad we were thinking about buy a soul. but we are now rethinking that. More

I saw a car on Cars.com, called the dealer, and am driving it now. Everything was as discussed on the phone and Zee and Alex were great(very professional even picked me up at work). I would recommend driving it now. Everything was as discussed on the phone and Zee and Alex were great(very professional even picked me up at work). I would recommend my Sedona to anybody especially if they buy it at Laurel Kia. And no one knows or persuaded me to write this. More
