I showed him which one Shaun gave Me and my Dad all the details that I needed to know about the car. We went for a test drive and after that back inside to pick my color I wanted and start the paperwork process. Everything went well he even showed me how to work the things in the inside of the car before I drove out the parking lot in my new car. Overall he was very helpful and respectful. More

Excellent service during the sale and AFTER What a breeze! Paul and Kimy, my salespeople were a delight to work with, not only were they No pressure, but they were extremely accomodating. I mean really it's a used car, they did not need to give me a new tire, fix a ding, and purchase a missing Jeep emblem for a tire, but they did! And what about Brian, in finance, the finance people are suppose to jam things down your throat , aren't they? I always hate that part. Brian was pleasant , knowledgeable, and sold me exactly and only what I wanted. Now for the real surprise, I waited 5 weeks to write this review, just to make sure I received my title, etc. I ended up calling Brian for my title and a small warrantee issue with the extended warrantee that I purchased. He faxed me my title within 10 minutes and called the warrantee company and had everything taken care of within a half hour. I'm thrilled that I purchased the warrantee and thrilled to have found this fine group of individuals. They made the car buying experience wonderful! More

Excellent Dealership I had located a vehicle on the King internet site and I inquired about it online. Within moments I received a telephone call from a gentleman named E I had located a vehicle on the King internet site and I inquired about it online. Within moments I received a telephone call from a gentleman named Edward, he confirmed the car was still available and invited me to come in for a test drive, It was late in the day on Friday, so I told him I would come in the next day around 2 PM. When I arrived Edward was waiting for me he had the car upfront clean and ready for me to test drive. I drove the vehicle, when we returned he inquired if he should work on a price for the car, I said yes, when he returned the lease price was above my budget limit. The Sales Manager Lee came over he was also very friendly and professional and he explained the lease process and he told me he could put me into a Genesis for my budgeted amount. Edward brought a Genesis upfront for me to drive, it was very impressive, when we returned Edward worked with Lee, when he returned the payment was exactly in my budgeted amount. They did have to locate a vehicle for me since I wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination. The vehicle was located we shook hands and papers were signed. The experience at King was very relaxed, never any pressure, everyone was friendly and said hello, that atmosphere is very relaxed and calm. Unlike other Hyundai dealers I visited which had blaring music playing the show room was like a circus and too much pressure. No one at King ever talked down to me, the best way I can say it was I was treated like a King! More
