We were met by a young man - not sure what his job is When one walks into this agency, you see people at different desks and are not sure who is who. We were met by a young man - not sure what his job is - who turned us over to Julian Gershenwald, who has the title of Sales Consultant. He was knowledgeable but I was not clear what his sales role was. We were turned over to Mark Fine - who is the finance person. He was the one who explained what services we were getting with the car as we signed copies of a dozen documents. It was not clear that he was the closer of the lease or was it Julian. I have leased BMW's, Mercedes, nine years of Lexus, and six years of Genesis, and I must say that your sales operation leaves much to be desired compared to the other agencies mentioned. Mark was extremely cordial and helpful but I think Hyundai needs to improve this process. We spent about 45 minutes with Mark and then were turned back to Julian. More

He was thorough, funny, and hospitable during the long paperwork process. In the end, I drove out with a car I love, and I look forward to getting my oil changes done at the dealership because the guys in the shop are so fast and friendly. Buying/leasing a car still is not a super "easy" thing, but King Hyundai did what it took to keep this customer satisfied. More
