MAH responded

Sad but the story didn't end there, the bank later called and would not do the loan as it was written because the car was way over priced!!! They lower the cost of the car for that reason, but after stating they would remove the extended warranty the bank says they still haven't. Oh, the fast talking finance guy tells her about this great thing they do if her car key was lost, they replace it..... OF COURSE HE FAILED TO TELL HER THAT WAS AN EXTRA $200.00 THAT HE TACKED ON!!!!!! As of today the bank has not removed these charges, as they explained the dealership hasn't sent the paperwork to them. Of course this poor woman has now faxed it twice, confirming each time that they got it. This is now almost 2 months!!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Oh, the real kicker, this great car they sold her broke down last month costing her another almost $600.00 that she had to borrow, talk about a nightmare. NOW we let the Attorney handle it, they should be ashamed of themselves, doing this to people who are already suffering and struggling.
