King Hyundai dishonest dealership Lost or stolen car In the year of 2014, I when to answer an (AD) The horror of this dealer they never paid off my trade, and left me stuck holding the bag. after dealin In the year of 2014, I when to answer an (AD) The horror of this dealer they never paid off my trade, and left me stuck holding the bag. after dealing with this dealer they never paid off my Mitsubishi mirage, They took my wife's car. but never put both trades on to the con track, police were even called because they lost my car and said it was stolen. which is the car they never paid off. The sad part is I have a new Hyundai, they I do not like and the color was not my favorite pick. even-the service area didn't seem to know what they were doing. as a result of this poor deal.They told me to have Mitsubishi RE-PO MY car. I told them they were crazy, that bad on anyone's credit report. so now im paying on three cars, in stead of two just to keep my good credit. One lawyer told me I got taken-and it would cost money to go to court. and could take years to win the case. stay away from this dealer if you know whats good for you. what makes this worse they lost my car key to my Mitsubishi and never offered to replace it, and they even stole my hand book to my Mitsubishi which it cost me $65.00 dollars for me to replace. More

Went the extra mile for my wife and I. Bruce Van Heel is an excellent and caring salesperson and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Outrage! On Friday, 5/22/15 this dealership took advantage of a single mom, not only selling her a 2003 Hyundai at top dollar, to add insult the finance manage On Friday, 5/22/15 this dealership took advantage of a single mom, not only selling her a 2003 Hyundai at top dollar, to add insult the finance manager bullied her into buying gap, adding it to her deal, telling her it was only $4.00 a month (that is the interest charge on the $799.00 she was charged) he then told her it could be taken off if she decided she didn't want it. When she called the following day to take it off, he told her even if he took it off she would still pay the same. She called me in tears on Sunday I went back to the dealership with her, we met with the General Manager. Explained what happened, he stated if she'd come back Tuesday morning (today) he would have the finance "re-done" and take the gap off. He shook hands on that and promised he'd make it right. Today she went, they did take the $799.00 gap charge off, but they DID NOT redo the finance of the car, as promised., Which means they are charging her interest on the $799.00, adding close to $200.00 to her loan for nothing. The outrage is that I explained to the General Manager on Sunday that this woman has a newly diagnosed illness and every penny counts, he told me "don't worry we'll make it right for her" He even said God Bless you as we walked away. Is this how you make it right??? More
