Unlike other dealers, when I asked Scotty to put his offer in writing, he gathered all the information about my needs and requirements, confirmed the ability to meet my needs and promptly emailed me the info I had requested. He even coordinated actions on his day off, and after normal business hours. Scotty went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth transaction. The first dealer was closer but was a terrible experience. so the following week I decided to make the trip and boy was it worth it. I was able to sit down with Russ my sales person and make a deal in less than 20 minutes! No bs haggling, playing the old let me talk ot my manager deal here. Just a straight forward honest sale. I got the care I wanted for the price I wanted and it was $6k cheaper than the first dealer I went to. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely buy another car from here.
