Impressive Customer Service I described my experience on the other page.... Mr. Adler went above and beyond to help me get another Sonata at King Hyundai. Because I left the deal I described my experience on the other page.... Mr. Adler went above and beyond to help me get another Sonata at King Hyundai. Because I left the dealership in search of a better deal, when I returned, Mr. Adler was busy with another customer, and Kimmy took over. She was very gracious, having come in in the middle, she did all of the explaining until Mr. Adler could come back to us at the end. Mr. Adler intervened after we left the dealership, when I called him back and told him about the better deal I was getting elsewhere. He spoke with his manager om=n our behalf and called us to tell us to come back and do the same. I was very grateful to him for following up and to Kimmy for helping us. Also, our first experience, three years ago, with the financial office was a disaster, and I was not looking forward to it, at all. But Brian was delightful; thorough efficient, and quick. More

Superior in sales, service and support I met with Bruce van Heel at the showroom, who guided me to several possibilities in a vehicle in my price range and with the features I sought. I cho I met with Bruce van Heel at the showroom, who guided me to several possibilities in a vehicle in my price range and with the features I sought. I chose at 2008 Santa Fe with low mileage and one owner. The vehicle was thoroughly serviced and prepped as described. Shortly after I drove away, the "check engine" light came on but the car drove without difficulty. The service manager asked me to bring it back. His team looked it over and declared that it was "not a drivability issue" but asked me to return the vehicle a few days later when they could provide a loaner in order to keep my car for further observation. The problem was discovered to be a faulty purge valve. It was replaced and the problem was solved. I was very pleased by the pleasant and friendly attitude of everyone connected with finding and correcting the problem at no charge to me. More
