Review I had a great experience buying the car with Scotty. I only wish they had picked up my trade in sooner, as I had gotten in trouble for it sitting in t I had a great experience buying the car with Scotty. I was told It would be picked up the Monday after I bought the new vehicle only for it to be left in the same spot for over 3 weeks. I left multiple messages to be called back about this issue. I couldn't get it resolved until I asked for the GM. I then called because I was having in issue with my blue link and the site claiming my social security and DOB were incorrect. I was told I would be called back shortly and it never happened. More

Worst Customer Service I went for a 1.5 hour service. After 3 hours I was forced to seek out someone to tell me what's going on. We looked at a car in the showroom. Passing time. Sat in the car, was interested. We were completely ignored. They lost that sale.
