Friendly salesman named Aaron assisted me in buying a suburban last week. I drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived I was told it was getting washed and detailed, but detailing department did a suburban last week. I drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived I was told it was getting washed and detailed, but detailing department did a repulsive job! Living crumbs on the seat, trash in between seats along with what looked like melted ice cream in between a seat. This was after “redetailing” it when I complained! They also lied about changing the cabin air filter! Overall I am happy with my purchase but wouldn’t recommend someone else drive over to get a vehicle. More
