Terrible customer service No attention to detail. I have had to take my car in for the same issue three times to get it fixed. Then they hussle you for the courtesy rental even No attention to detail. I have had to take my car in for the same issue three times to get it fixed. Then they hussle you for the courtesy rental even when your vehicle is gonna stay overnight. They actually charged me $90 yet my car stayed overnight. I thought I would have them as my service shop because I have a Buick, but not anymore. I am gonna try someone else in my area. There is a time I needed new tires, when I called, the service guy was so rude, I hang up called up NTB and had my tires replaced there More
