This is by far one of the best dealerships that I visited. This was my first stop and after I visited a couple of other area dealers I returned to King. They were more than fair with the sale price a visited. This was my first stop and after I visited a couple of other area dealers I returned to King. Beware. You will pay a premium for car maintenance and repair at King’s GMC, and if you are not a car savvy person they WILL push unnecessary repairs on you. The Service Department maintains a consistent repair at King’s GMC, and if you are not a car savvy person they WILL push unnecessary repairs on you. The Service Department maintains a consistent policy of adding superfluous fees and recommending unnecessary work. The work performed by the technicians is decent enough, but on a recent visit to have a stuck ignition lock fixed the service department added $40 for “Hazardous Waste Removal and Shop Supplies”, something this repair neither generated nor consumed. Also for the third time the service writer has insisted I need a service performed that the car did not need, in this case a $740 brake job and a $170 coolant flush. I no longer trust them to even perform oil changes, and will only go to my local mechanic who had done my brake maintenance just two months before. More

Had such a terrible experience that I actually PAID to have my car towed to Frederick so my mechanic could do the work. I originally had it towed to King thinking they would replace the faulty part they i have my car towed to Frederick so my mechanic could do the work. The actual service cost was $350 less than what King wanted. SERIOUSLY! These guys are money-grubbers and crooks and don't care a thing about their customers: especially Saturn owners. More

Well it has been around 7 months of back and forth with these guys. Two turbos, a motor, a CAT, a clutch, and last a "cracked" frame. I've been lied to, bull$hitted, and blown off multiple times by thes these guys. Two turbos, a motor, a CAT, a clutch, and last a "cracked" frame. I've been lied to, bull$hitted, and blown off multiple times by these guys. Anything from "Your pads need to be replaced and rotors turned" at the tune of $380!!!! So I bought some performance pads and drilled/slotted rotors and when I went to put them on..........upon personal inspection of the pads I had 40-50% life on the front and near 80% on the rear to when the turbo's down pipe blew loose after they had replaced the motor "the catalytic convert was clogged" (motor ran fine and I drove it in...just no boost). I even paid to have the clutch pressure plate, friction plate, and throw out bearing replaced since the motor was swapped out only to hear when I asked about surfacing the flywheel "you have a hydraulic clutch and the flywheels on those don't require you to resurface them" ????? Even the service manager had to acknowledge the mechanics BS on that one. To top it off on this one, my throw out bearing is starting to sing to me intermittently since they replaced it.....sure sounds like one that is getting ready to go out, not one that's brand new. I was lied to about the loaner car and then they wanted to "rent me one" (if your vehicle is down for 24 hours for warranty work GM will provide you a car for free) They broke the PVC attachment on the intake and " hot glued" it back on. Then tried to hide it by removing the glue when brought to the manager's attention and reported to me that there wasn't "anything wrong with it". I have cracks in my interior dash from where the shifter was removed when the tranny was pulled...oh those were already there....................???? xxx!! The list goes on, if you value your car and your wallet, find another place to service your car! This dealership is extremely corrupt! More
