Willing to negotiate price and trade-in which resulted in a sale of a new Buick Enclave - driven off the lot within hours of arrival - spotless and with a full tank of gas! Overall an excellent buying experience. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend to others. More
Awful. I've got a 2002 Saturn SC2(They still cover Awful. I've got a 2002 Saturn SC2(They still cover Saturn vehicles) that has received all the recommended maintenance from this place since it was bought back in 2002/2003. At 57,000, the maintenance was about 500$, I asked the technician to give me a ballpark estimate of the next few maintenances. I was told it wouldn't be too expensive, that the car has been kept in good order since purchase, and would most likely be less than 500 for the next few maintenances. 62,000 miles or so, bring the car in, the place had gone under some changes in management with Saturn going out of business. The repairs were over $1700. They came up with a bunch of repairs such as the belt, brakes, etc. etc.. We agreed to pay after some heated words. Apparently the technician who previously told me the car would be in pretty good shape for the next few repairs no longer worked there. Now, the car was fine with relatively small repair bills for a while(just getting oil changes elsewhere), but then for a repair period it was driven once or twice a week a few miles just to keep it warm, minimal use, but high enough to prevent damage. Take the car back to King, now they wanted over $2,300 in repairs. From 57,000-66,000, the repair bills for a car that had been kept in top shape, with EVERY recommended repair, before and during, were well over $4,500. This is a 3 door coupe that was $16,240 MSRP in 2002. We had been customers for years, never again. Stay away from this place, at all costs! More
All of the staff I dealt with at King were friendly, helpful, and full of information. Tom was did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and made sure I got the vehicle with the options I wanted. helpful, and full of information. Long and good reputation. We bought 2 previous vehicles and had good experience. GM has had excellent reviews since their restructure and we have been pleased with GM vehicles in the past. Marty was very knowledgeable, understood our needs, and found a product on site within our price range. This is our second purchase from King Buick and this experience is even better than the last which w found a product on site within our price range. So far, so good. I bought a used vehicle in the 40,000 - 50,000 mileage range. Inadvertently I saw the repair invoice of how much money/service they had put into the car to bring it to roadworthiness, and it was exactly the same as what I was told. That and the general sense of the place and staff gave me a feeling they are honest in the sales dept. In terms of repair service, can't make any observations about that. More

Phill Wood has been, and continues to be, very courteous and helpful in all my dealings with him. When I bought my new 2007 Buick Lucerne, Phill properly showed me all the features it had and explained how and helpful in all my dealings with him. The whole staff have always been very helpful in answering questions in an informative and courteous manner. Mike Turnbow is the person I look for when I need service on either of my vehcles. He's conscientious, courteous and genuinely helpful when I have questions about my 'gadgets' that were factory installed. The rest of the service department are equally professional, courteous and helpful. More
