The sales man (Phil Wood) was PHENOMENAL. He was attentive but not pushy. He was thoughtful and considerate and respected our budget and limits. The actual dealership was clean, bright and the staff were all courteous and professional, even though they were not involved in the transaction. The entire process was smooth and effortless. We were offered water or tea and coffee and the finance guy explained everything clearly without being long winded and making the process lengthy and arduous. I had visited 3 other showrooms prior to going to King Buick GMC and by far, the experience with King Buick was superior. I spent at least 3 hours in the other dealerships negotiating and being harassed and pushed into something I didn't want. With Phil, I was in and out within an hour or so, all including trading in my old car and purchasing a new one. This was the best car purchasing experience I have EVER had in my lifetime and this is NOT my first new car purchase. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Conrad the General Sales Manager and Juan Cruz and explained I left my credit card and checkbook at home. Conrad then sealed the deal by offering to accept and agree to just a handshake. This personalization took the sales experience over the edge. I'm in sales and for someone to go thru great lengths and bring in a car from another destination based off your word and a handshake only says a lot. After that, no other deal mattered. This dealership adds personal touches and passion in their sales efforts. It's all about relationship with sales, and they definitely know how to build a relationship. I'm forever a customer. More
