Poor Service I do not recommend King GMC for service. The transmission on my 2013 GMC Yukon was slipping and I took it there for service. 27k miles later and it' I do not recommend King GMC for service. The transmission on my 2013 GMC Yukon was slipping and I took it there for service. 27k miles later and it's slipping again. It now has 110k miles and they said it's not under warranty anymore. I expect a better repair from a dealer. More

Go elsewhere Recently bought a car here which was a huge mistake. They don't care about customer satisfaction. All they care about is the bottom line. worst i have EVER experienced anywhere absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced with anyone. my husband bought a used truck w/ith 14k miles and w/in 3 weeks, the truck absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced with anyone. my husband bought a used truck w/ith 14k miles and w/in 3 weeks, the truck overheated and had to be towed. was fixed and broke down again 2 weeks later and has been in the shop for 2 months for the same problem. we met the with owner Conrad Aschenbach this morning in hopes of working something out. all we wanted was an extended warranty for the existing problem or a comparable truck. the owner told us we had an attitude problem and said he wouldn't help. not once did we raise or voice or use profanity or anything for him to say that. then when i told him how offended i was that he said we had an attitude he handed me the key and said he would do anything to help. we are filing complaints with bbb, states attorney and hiring an attorney. terrible, terrible, terrible. cocky, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Customer service ends when your check clears We purchased a pre owned SUV from King Buick and paid CASH. This experience was pleasant enough. However, about 4 weeks later, we received a letter fr We purchased a pre owned SUV from King Buick and paid CASH. This experience was pleasant enough. However, about 4 weeks later, we received a letter from King Buick stating that our credit application was declined. What? Remember, we paid CASH. There was no application for credit. I called to find out what the deal was and was put in touch with their sales Manager, Steve. He told me that these letters are automatically generated and that they can not stop them from being printed or even stop them from being mailed. What? He said that they did not mean anything. I told him that it means something to me as it is disparaging my credit. He did not even pretend that he was sympathetic about my concerns. I asked if they would produce a letter for my records stating that I had not applied for credit and that there was no credit decline. He said that he would see what he could do and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I did not think he was sincere but now all doubt is removed - he was never interested in helping me. If they can not prevent bogus documents from being produced and then can not stop them from being mailed, you have to question their over all competency. Now there is a negative credit document floating around, who knows where, and they simply do not care. Especially Steve! More

This was the absolute best experience I've had with a dealership. When there was a concern with the vehicle, several weeks after purchase, Bob made sure I was well taken care of. Brandon in the Service Dept was expecting my visit and placed me in a rental until the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service for my total experience- Sales and Service. Oh, and I absolutely love my new Terrain! I will definitely be back. More
