Twice now they have accused us of lying about taking the 2 minutes to call ahead and have been very disrespectful towards us. If you can take an appointment you should be able to keep the appointment, that is the most important part of the reservation. Also this is the second time the emergency break went out on a brand new car. If I ask why it keeps happening the correct action is to answer, not to insult me and say how happy I should be to only have waited 2 hours to be seen when I showed up "without an appointment!" More

slow but good getting anyone's attention in the service department was difficult. After a while, someone finally asked me if they could help me and from that point on everything went fine. The service rep. was polite and courteous and gave me his undivided attention. Within one day, I had a quote from my rep. on the cost of the repairs needed on my car and then after a review, I felt that the quote was competitive and directed that the repairs be done. Within two days the car was fixed and the actual cost was true to the quoted costs. The repairs look fine and the card drove well. All in all a fine job and I was happy with my choice of King Buick to do the repairs. More
Issue with my rear passenger tire. I was previously there on Sept 14 to address, wipers, brakes, and to get maintenance conducted. I was not pleased to need to return and the service took 6 hours. During the previous visit, my tires were not checked and rotatated. Otherwise, I would have been notified in the previous week that my tires needed to be replaced. I once received more thorough maintenance checks. More

When speaking with one of the managers at the dealership after I purchased this vehicle he suggested I use them for oil changes/service. I thought it would be priced higher and inconvenient, but found pricing to be very fair so far and the drop off convenient with the night Dropbox. Vehicle is always ready to be picked up the next evening. Staff is always friendly. More

Excellent service The process of setting up an appointment was quite easy. I called for an appointment for an oil change and was able to get it done the following day. Mr. Bonilla was my service advisor and was was very attentive to my needs. While my car war was in for an oil change they noticed an additional problem. All of the services were completed in 24 hrs.
